From a park...yes!

[Ridley]

We finally got some pretty good rain yesterday and it cooled off nicely. I've got five private properties that I'm waiting for permission to do, so I hit the oldest park in Raleigh and pulled a "Captn SE Jr" while I wait. This park is infested with hundreds of whole crushed beer cans and a dazzling assortment of other highly conductive trash. Yet...
... I persisted and this 37 Merc popped out! Included also is a large silver ring that fits me and a silver pin of some sort.

Thanks, Captn! I know there's more silver in there too!

Cheers!

Like he said, Jim, he's been waiting to pull a "CAPTN SE Jr."......hahahahhaaa

Congrats, Ridley. Oldest park in Raleigh? Hmmmm...see you there tomorrow? I hope you pull many more "CAP. Jr's" from those properties of yours too.

Good luck,

Ridly,
Nice Merc!

Is that inlaid turquoise, or enamelling on the ring?
and it fits.......how cool is that ?

[SgtSki in MI]

Good Job and nice Merc. It's always good to persistently work an area and then finally have a goodie pop up. The '37 Merc brings back some memories for me......The same coin was the very first silver that my Explorer XS sniffed out when I used it for the first time back in the Spring of '02. WTG!!!

[Baldingboy]
