This sign was put up yesterday, one on the each end of town. No wonder people think we are stupid. Thanks Highway Dept. for not using spell check...d2

Well, as long as just your people or us Texans are reading it, everything just makes sense. Hey, took me 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong.

I noticed the weigh stations in Missouri have have two different ways to spell Buses. Some say "All buses must weigh", and others say "All Busses must weigh".

Not the same, but your post reminded me of this. I borrowed this pic from someone else. It was taken in East Texas.

To my mind the correct spelling is 'buses'. I'm old enough and knew enough old English people that I remember when the word 'buss' meant 'kiss', as in, 'give us a buss, sweetie'. Therefore when I see signs 'Busses Welcome Here' I think it's rather charming. ;)

They fixed the sign two days later by cutting out a "C" and sticking it over the S...d2

Nobody thinks y'all are stupid, d2, because stop to think and they ain't no way all y'all could be state employees. (lot of family from Arkansas. None of them worked for the state either, haha!)

I have to admit the jalapeño took me a minute to figure out. And, I live in Mexico. Blush.
