Ft. Cobb lake area

These are from a site that was pretty much inundated when the lake went in. The affiliation was determined to be Plains Village, but this stuff appears older. Probably sites overlapped. In the immediate area is an historically documented plains site though. These sites are gone forever, unless you can scuba dive I guess.

I migh give diving a try someday.Nice artifacts...Around here homes & walmarts are burying sites...

thats what they did were i hunt.but they let the water down every year and its a great way to find some stuff jamey

Has anyone dived this lake? Can you even dive it?

not sure about diving in it.the lake will overflow and flow over peoples land.thats were i find them,or creeks that lead to the lake
