Fundraiser for no-kill animal shelter

Today was the 2010 Mutt March, a fundraiser for Pet Refuge.

I got to see, much to my surprise, the deaf boxer puppy I helped rescue a couple of months ago!!!!! It's always a fun, fun, fun event to host

Copper was manning the kissing booth...he's a very good kisser.

And then there's "Pimp Dog" aka Zeus, winner of the costume contest.

Can you tell me a little about the no kill animal shelter? My wife absolutely loves all animals-has since she was born. Just has a natural ability with all creatures (including me!!). Know she would like to learn more about this. We both hate dog pounds where animals are euthanized.

I guess Ive got kind of a no kill policy too,and won,t give up a dog unless I,m sure of the new owners,I now have 6,3 were dumped.
