Garage find at pops house

Not so much a MD hunt, but ive been sick as a dog past two days. Knew I had some old coin collections from when i was knee high catching dust at dads house. Stumbled upon this. All wheaties, unsorted. Have some other boxes i havent opened yet. No key dates yet but at lease one coin with a strange date stamp.

35 kennedy halfs, one is a 1964 (silver?)
3 Peace dollars (all 1924)
63 Ikes
1 Ben Franklin (1960)
1 standing liberty quarter (1929)
5 buff nicks
5 V nicks
1 merc dime (1938)
9 indian head pennies (1899-1907)
1 1943 penny

A 1916 George IV 3 cent

Pretty neat, for me at least. Cool for me to see some things i feel ill never dig up. Sorry this isnt a MD finds post, but kept me busy while sick.

yes, the '64 half is silver. if you have any dated '65 through '70, they are 40% silver

You WILL find many of those coins my friend. Just keep digging holes and remember that if you put yourself in the right places they will come out of the ground eventually.
