I snapped the entire control box off my AT PRO and It was my fault, I told Garrett that and admitted my mistake.
I expected to foot the bill on the repair and sent it to them 7 days ago.
Today it came back no charge, UPS very unexpectedly.
They paid the return shipping, replaced the control housing and modified the PCB ( Printed control board ).
That is a very fast turn around considering I'm in Albany, NY and they are in Garland, TX.
Thanks, Garrett your customer service is outstanding and my AT Pro is as good as new.
