German hour and a half hunt. Two Goldie's but not gold. Heart broken twice. Still nic

Went out to a field towards the middle and found a few coins and a old nail. Trash not included. 1924 A 5 coin gold but not real gold. Looks good for the age. Then got a nice signal on a 1967 20 cent French peice (gold but not gold again!!!) Then I also found a old trail followed it and found a 1841 1 Heller. Cool finds...I've found silver and many coins and relics but that darn gold is elusive. Has anyone found gold on a Ace 300 and if so what does gold usually ring up as on the screen? Thanks for looking.
