I found what I believe to be a token (could be a coin but I doubt it) in Luxembourg.
The area I found it in dates back to medieval times but has everything in between.
It measures around 2 cm in diameter.
I think it might be german given how similar the 20 looks compared to other german coins but given how toasted the back is I don't have much to go off of.

Any help is appreciated.

Reminds me of an arcade token, but could be 50-60 year old.

I worked on this for a while. I also think it is a tavern token or werth-marke or something similar.

The 'other' side looks like it has 5 letters over 3 letters. Maybe an ECR or EGR as the middle three but it's too toasty to know for sure from the pics.

If it isn't English, mein Deutsch ist nicht gut and my French would create an international incident (or get my face slapped). I have no idea what it might say...
