So, here I am with a new to me detector, as its been awhile since I have gone out detecting. I recently acquired a used DFX, and took it out with my sons to a local park. These are some of the initial finds I recovered last weekend. Trying to get used to posting pictures of my finds, but here it goes.

The ring and bracelet I listed are finds I made several years ago....the ring is 18k with 2 diamonds and 1 pearl....the bracelet is solid silver, and had a missing stone which I can only surmise was turquoise. The coins consist of mostly modern change, with a few wheaties and a 1954 Rosy.
7 quarters, 21 dimes and several pennys.
Was using the coin preset on the DFX. Always thought that the ring was a cheap cosmetic jewelry, but looking closer revealed otherwise.
I spent aprox. 1 hr on this outing and looks like this DFX will do the job.
