GHOST TOWN FINDS

[Conito@55]

Today, my friend Oldmxrat and I went back to that new spot, which has given us so many treasures. I wasn't lucky enough to find a coin, but I did bring back some nice things from there.

This military infantry button was my best find.

Here are the rest of my findings

Now that's way beyond cool stuff even if no coins were found!

That was a good time, and your finds cleaned up nicely!

I say, something is better than nothing. At least I didn't leave empty-handed.

It is. It's the first one I've found in such good condition.

You know what? I've noticed that things in that place are easy to clean.

Always jealous of the beautiful buttons and relics that come out of your sites

To be honest, I'm really lucky to have such great places.

In many MD sites the soil is moist a lot of the time so metal corrodes. I expect yours is a dry site and that preserves the objects. They look like they were lost yesterday!

Nevada is the driest state in the United States. I think that helps preserve things.
