I presume you mean Long Island. Not London Island, right ? if so have you considered reading history books on your area?

No, sorry. I check the app and it is mostly western states. Usually it's a gas station or store that was bypass during the building of the Interstate Highway System. Use the Internet for your search but be careful to avoid historic sties. Good luck with your quest! HH
