Giving me lip Deer?

I love this first shot! I set up my tri-pod and was approx. 100 feet away. Took some patience on my part and some numb fingers (notice we are still frozen in?) I think one is in a motherly way and we should be seeing another fawn this year.

CG, you captured great shots of the deer and yes the first pic is the best one. Think she is just tasting the air to see if you are cooking anything on your grill!

Tom, Yes that is right about dawn. The white stuff...............well now that is a 4 letter word and if I type it I'm afraid all it would say is -deleted-.

Don, Funny you should mention that. Couple years ago I brought food out to the garage for the boys when they got home on the snowmobiles, Gary was bringing cord wood in the back door, one Deer stopped right outside the door Gary was coming in, looked like she might walk right in to see what was for lunch.
