gold fleck/picker qualities

hi all
I have a 2 tiny pieces of gold i took microscopic pictures of.
I notice there is quartz in each piece and wondering if this is normal for gold.
The pieces of gold are about 2mm across. tiny i know but in the picture you can see the quartz in each.

Well, it don;t look like no gold from my part of the country. But it looks like gold. Has different impurities than we have here
