I managed to spy a gold charm in a sea of costume jewelry. It is Marked 14 KT and is on a plated chain. It might be 1g if that but for $1.50 I'll take it. If you were wondering how I find so much jewelry I thought I would show you what my thrift store has. With this much volume they are bound to miss some good stuff.

Me too. I just keep going back. Sometimes twice a week since I can do it on my lunch break.

I found a bolo tie in a hand full of other hanging bolo ties that had two Mexican Dos Pesos hanging on the two rope ends. The bolo's were 4 bucks each and all cheep crappy kinds with chrome slides and fake stones. Someone had drilled holes in the tips and wired on the two bezel mounted gold coins. I also found a few times cheep pendants with gold chains and gold pendants on cheep chains just as you did. I always look the costume jewelry over closely.
