I just posted a gold ring I found in the "today's finds" section.
It is stamped "10KP" and "C1".
Any idea what those markings mean? Real gold?
What is C1?
I'm not sure if the diamonds are real or CZ?
I'll get it looked at when I get time.
Thanks for any info,
MM

You will encounter some jewelry marked 14K P. This means 14K “plumb” gold, exactly 14K gold. As far as the "c1," that may be a manufacturer's personal mark as all items of jewelry stamped with a Karat Mark must also have the mark of the original mfg.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Daryl.
There are some other marks inside, but they were worn down so much all I could make out was an "M" a "W" and a "B".

Early ringmaker texting? ::)

Where it came from - Mini - Wheat Box? At least it wasn't C J B - Cracker Jack Box. ;D

No real way to tell without all the text.
