Things I found in my front yard today.

A golden elephant (inscribed with "Thailand"). I think it's a locket. Not real gold, but it was a thrill to see the gold color peek out at me when I dug it up.

A ring with a heart shape on the front and inscribed with "Sterling" on the inside (Sterling Silver?).

A tiny, tiny buckle.

Awesome digs! Clean that sterling ring up and show it off, please. Keep hitting your yard hard. The buckle may be off of a watch band. Cheers, Sub 8-)

For now,, you can make a paste for cleaning Silver out of Baking Soda and water. Rub the Sterling Ring and you will see the black tarnish melt away.
Congratulations on your finds.
