Good tray, bad rolls

Was out of town on business yesterday and had a couple minutes to check two banks. Struck out at bank one. I spied two teller tray halves at bank 2 and bought them - gave up a nice '67. Asked for rolls and got 5 MWRs - skunk city. Never seen these wrappers - anyone else get them?
