Goofy looking trike?

Saw this in Nelson, Wisconsin while on the fall flood run which takes place along the mississippi river.

yeah, that's a strange one. Rear suspension doesn't look adequate at that angle though. Seems like it should be more verticle but I'm no expert. Sure it's a fun ride.
