Went to a park from 1912 today and scored my 21st Barber dime of the year (1912 D). Then I found a gold ring, bet you heard this before but she looked really good coming out of the hole, it's ordinary bling. I think the best thing about my At Pro is it's washable. After getting caked in mud me it and all the diggers and pin pointers were covered in MUD.
Thanks for looking I hope you score at least one more silver before winter

AT Pro all silver dimes on mine ring up 84-86, silver quarters ring up 87-88, reg quarters usually 84-85. almost all of the Barbers are coming in 6-10 inches

Thank you. I just hot in from offshore and put her together. Got the small 5×8 coil. Gonna hit city park in new Orleans Saturday hope I can pick out some O mint marks.

Silver and gold is always good! Nice looking barber

Great digs mack!, if that's it for you for the year it's a hell of a way to go out!

Awesome find, I used to hit the parks there in the late 80's nice to see its still giving up the good stuff.

Great Baahby Mack!

Its funny you mention the caked on mud - I just picked up the Makro Pointer....I was chuckling as I was hosing down the ATP and the pointer, what a breeze!!!

HH

Great dime find, thats cool you pulled it out of a park.

Congrats. You have been hitting it all year long. 21 Barbers is really nice.

My first silver was a Barber dime.... I have found 47 silver coins since then, but no more Barbers. GL&HH!

Work on picking out the deeper signals, learn full sensitivity. You got the right tools use them. Also if your finding newer silver them the older stuff has to be there. My problem is I usually only find the older stuff because it's been picked over.

I sure would love to dig a barber dime to go with my barber quarter! I really love the design of these coins. Congratulations! And speaking of mud, has anyone found an effective way to keep mud out of the two tiny speaker slots on the garrett propointer? It seems like every time I go hunting in damp ground, that mud gets everywhere! Maybe I'm just messy!

You could tape it off, I use a rubber glove

That's a good idea!
