After getting skunked at some promising looking rail tracks I decided to ask permission to hunt a 1900 horse track with a grand stand area. The care taker said it was fine and also that a lot of people had detected it before. I didnt find anything good in the hour that I was there but when i got home I did a some internet searching and found that a structure that used to be there is long gone. It appears to be a ticket booth or something. So, I will head back there and hit it with my PI MD and see if I can pull something deep from that area that was missed. Wish me luck!

Good Luck alright. ;D
I have one from the early 1900's (race track)
Gotta figure out where things were, as it is just a huge field with nothing to go by.
Cheers Paul

i have been lucky enough to hunt a similar place with Bergie a couple of times and have done pretty well there. a place like that, being so big, can be hit or miss at times, but i`ll bet the good stuff is there.

Good idea and good lick next visit.
