Got my first GOLD coin today and its .999 pure

Howdy all,
After last nights gold ring I figured it would be a while before I got another big chunk. I was wrong again. I headed back to the same field, and only 3 targets in I get this beauty. I was workin the stretch at the edge of the track and got another mid tone just like last night. I cut the plug and recheck the hole. My pro-pointer starts screamin but I don't see anything. So I reach in and feel a ring. I never guessed it would be this awesome. It has a 1985 1/20th oz. .999 pure Chinese panda coin, set in a big hunk of 14k gold. I know its not an old us gold coin but I ain't complaining. I figured anyting after that is just icing on the cake. I only had about an hour or so to spend and was having a hard time concentrating with that in my pocket. I did manage a small silver necklace before the end of the hunt. The little cheerleader charm is junk, but the D is .925 like the chain. I am sure the D is what I heard as it rang up like a dime. I am still doin the happy dance, and will be heading back tonight. I don't know how I will top the last 2 hunts but I am goin to try. Thanks for lookin, and luck in the hunt.

Using my MXT for most of my gold finds. But I manage a few from the water with the tigershark.

I'm still here. Gotta few goodies to post but been layin low, tryin to keep cool. Finally startin to cool down. We just don't get this kinda heat up here. Broke a record at 103 degrees yesterday. Got a heck of a sunburn playin with my sisters kids in the pool. As far as 50's in Bama? Aint that kinda backwards? lol
