Got my new Minelab yesterday so...

naturally it's snowing with a high of 18 today. Last year Gloria and I were camping at a state forest campground on March 11. It's gonna have to hurry for that to happen this year. Can't wait to get going!

You must be way up in the UP of Michigan. Never heard of Atlanta, Mi. That's a bummer but spring will be here soon. I don't know about Michigan though Good luck and look forward to some finds pretty soon

Budget allowed me to get an X-Terra 505. Am hoping this will go deeper than my Tesoro Cibola. I am severely hearing impaired and am hoping this will do the job for me.

70 miles south of the bridge, half way between Gaylord & Alpena. Not one stoplight in the whole county, therefore not many towns either.
