Another great hunt with the crew again. Beautiful weather and lots of targets. Managed a few buttons and wheats, a 46 rosey, and a unknown large copper coin. Maybe ill find out what it is tomorrow. My find of the day was a silver spoon handle. Found many plated ones but this is my first. It's kinda small so maybe a sugar spoon. Oh yeah and the last photos are the 153 other targets I dug today. How's that for easy?

Lots of targets, no doubt that measn there still is more stuff there.

Nice chunk of silver. This was my first year too for real silverware, and I now have a half dozen pieces, plus a whole one.

its definitely thinning out in spots....I used to get multiple coppers whenever I went out there...mostly in a few spots - now its harder to do that....Ive been going out there more than 10 years.. though there were a few years I didn't detect...at least its more productive than across the river- some of those fields have been pounded over the years ...

Nice finds..love the silver spoon handle...that copper is pretty much toast...but I still like digging them... Congrats.

I agree about the date area. Thought I seen 1722 at one point but probably my eyes playing tricks
