got this old can and i know nothing about it ? looks like mabye military. any information is greatly appreciated.

How big is this can,does it have any markings on the bottom or top.

no markings can base is about 2 and 1/2 by 3 and 1/2 approx. the spout is about 1 and 1/4 overall. spout made of brass
