Great Variety of Relics and Silver from 1900's to 1960's
Hello all. The following pictures show my best finds from two new sites that I have gained access to, an old city lot and homestead site from the 1920's, and a city park:
(119) pieces of clad
Car keys
Old ammo cases
The usual copper and brass hardware
"Capri" stainless spoon c.1960
"Talcolette" spice or lotion jar lid from the 1920's
"R A" pin of unknown origin (any ideas on this one?)
"Northan Warren" Lip stick tube c.1920 with the lipstick still inside
Various buttons some vintage but the military ones are reproductions from CW reenactments
Vintage 925 silver ring
Vintage silver plated hair beret with hand etched "Larraine" inscription
"MAZUMA" play money c.1910
Tiny cap gun c.1960 (see internet photo of original use)
Nine wheaties 1919 to 1957
1942 Merc
1905 O Barber Dime (best Barber I have found must have been lost a long time ago)
There is still a lot of un-'tected ground to cover at both sites...I am sure there are many more "postables" to unearth!!
