In line with the topic, it would be great to see a follow up video clip showing what improvements have been made to help tonnage production.

My thoughts are having the following such as mini wheelbarrows that hold a little more than a bucket that dump to a small auger that loads the ore cart to start with. Adding a second jackhammer could have two people working at the same time etc. on a given task. Any other improvements that could be used for such a small work setup such as a square sided bucket to help hand load or better yet a mini mechanical shovel to help load buckets. I'm sure there are another improvement's I have missed here.

Agreed, they're in dire need of improvements to muck/haul on the drift level. That's a common thread with small operations like this, but I give them serious props for having an operational hoist with working skip. I'd extend the shaft station landing slightly to allow a wheelbarrow to dump directly into the skip, and possibly cut the top of the skip to sit parallel with the station decking. A small slusher would theoretically be ideal but the profile of the winze being sunk makes that a bit of a non-starter.

Those who haven't done it would be amazed how much muck you can move with minimal effort, using a short-handle shovel on a flat surface. I've mucked entire stope rounds that way, dropping it down a chute for an LHD to muck from the level below. Once you get decent at throwing muck, loading a car, wheelbarrow, or LHD bucket is easy as well.

On the low end of the scale, I like to lift the shovel only about one foot off of the ground before troughing into a container. The idea is to lift the muck as little as possible saving your arms, maybe your back and legs at the end of the day. The container can be dragged or pushed up a ramp into the wheelbarrow to then wheel and dump. This alone can increase productivity that you can see at the end of the day.
