Hello all,,,
Saturday, I went to a local volleyball court. I've been having quite a bit of fun hitting all these play areas. Quite a change from digging nails at the cache site. Anyway, I pulled a small child's ring from the sand. It seems to simply be chrome plating over copper with a small fake diamond, but my little niece loved it.
Also found another "Chucky Cheese Token", been awhile since I had found one of these. Last item is a plastic semi tractor. I usually keep all the toys I find and give them to the kids as well...

Sunday, The "Indy Digs", (that's what I'm now calling my small group friends that I go hunting with), and myself found a couple of new sites. One, is another local park we hadn't been to yet, and the other is a football field next to a church. Both sites seems very promissing. We hunted the park for about an hour. I found a 1951 Roosevelt, and DaveDigs found a few wheats. Another of my friends found a cheap ring also. Still a lot of ground to cover in this place...

After the park, we decided to hit the football field on the other side of the church. The 3rd target I dug was another 1891 "V" nickel, (I just found one of these a week, or so ago), It was only down about 4-1/2". Bobby, one of my other friends, found a nice 1928 SLQ at about 8" down, so this site looks real promissing....
The "V" nickel, and also, a "Showbiz Pizza Token" found on the field as well...

All in all, it was a great weekend for us.
I hope you all had a nice weekend and have had some luck...
Happy hunting~, Leon...

Great hunt you had there Leon. Come on, addmit it, you keep the toy cars for yourself, just like the rest of us. hehe. Sounds like you and your friends have a nice site to play in there.
