Greek god Hermès Button

Dug some interesting pieces at a permission in Sunbury, GA. Those of you who are not familiar with Sunbury, it has almost as much history as Savannah and Charleston. The most interesting piece is this tiny brass or copper JUN HERME button with the bust of Hermes. Also dug a 1858 Seated Half Dime and some other odds and ends.

Small finds are often more interesting then large finds, you're saving local history right there my friend!
You've got a lot of interesting finds, not to mention the Half Dime and the Merc.

I found my first Half Dime here in Ontario last year.

Those finds are a great mix. I like all of it especially the half dime and Hermes button. Got to be a cool place to dig being near the Blackbeard Creek. Arrr...
