Woohooo, my first gold ring! How good is that feeling of seeing a gold ring come out of the scoop instead of another coin. I've included the "full nut" shot as well for a bit of street cred.
What a great hobby, I can't believe the variety of things people are finding, and the age of some of the coins and relics. Keep swingin.

I have the fever too. I think only a ring will cure it though....and that's a temporary fix.

I wish I could find a ring like that my dad (history hunter) also found a GIANT old gold class ring from Purdue he looked for the owner but did not find it. He found it in Chicago about 12in. down
