I have always heard hunters say you can't smoke because they will smell it and turn away. I was smoking that morning and the wind would have carried in their direction.

Maybe they like pot, and you sitting there smoking is what brought them in.

Learned this the hard way. When you dry your plant, then after you trim up the bud, DON'T rub your eye.
