being the cargo is US GOVT GOLD -the minute you find and try to "claim" the wreck legally --the US GOVT WILL STEP IN AND SAY MINE --ITS ALL MINE --US GOVT GOLD BACK OFF !!!-- so you can not "legally" claim it --which only leaves "illegal" harvesting of the wreck * which can lead to jail time for "illegally" disturbing the wrecksite , theft of govt funds, failure to declare money found tax wize and a host of other "legal" problems --non of which I desire to be part of --think of knowing the "details" of this wreck as --having the combination to a bank vault * yes you can now "open it' and get to the money --but its still illegal to do so.......
so I'm willing to sell the "combination" to others for cash "up front" --but the safe cracking ( actual recovery of gold from the vessel) is their deal alone --I'm not going to be any part of it
