GW Funeral Memorial Cufflinks Recovered

Wow - Just recovered a lost find...a really good one...I posted this find back in 2006 when I found these cool old cufflinks in upstate NY (ironically detecting at a home near Washington's HQ in Newburgh - I found them at a home that GW had been to many times according to local history - I know he was everywhere!)...So I have this find and many others my best finds from years of detecting in a bag - lots of old silver rings, coins, large cents, colonials back to 1766 with good dates... etc...and it goes missing about 7 years ago...I was sure I hid it or maybe a cleaning person took it...In the interim years someone posts the same ones and I learn they are apparently rare GW related cufflinks from when he passed away....so here I was knowing I lost those for good...well the movers come today and I am outside and they come out with...drum roll...the bag of all my stuff! I had hidden it in a sofa couch. I had looked under that couch more than once looking for the bag, but I must have hidden inside the pull out bed...Really honest of them because I wouldn't have known and I was going to tip them anyway, but gave em a nice tip...These are in pretty good shape as you will see at link from my original post below
and two cufflinks are still connected in back photo I just took shows the cup with bird above...any thoughts on value? I will probably keep, but interested to know. Thanks!

Another one caught by the myth, the GW connection is just that I'm afraid. I've had several over here, so the connection to GW in the UK is what?

PS. Just had a closer look & yours has the bird on top, so there maybe hope.

Classical Urns was a popular motif on late 18th C Cuff Links, I think I have about 3-4 variants, but there must be hundreds.
