Had a ball...silver & gold

another road trip where weather turned to crap - had plans A & B shot
went to spot i should call old faithful - went way way out and got a deep silver quarter -
lots of old pulltabs and some thin clad - class ring was a nice surprise - 1965
it should clean up - think it was lost early in its life - stone (usually glass) does not have a single scratch on it
made my day - got a nice musketball too

i will try and return if possible - person will be 70 sooo...
but i dont sell class rings like this - if i cant find owner now - might down the road
im in this for the hobby - so i dont weigh my gold usually
at least not till the end of the year and i will sell plain bands and stuff thats broken
anything unusual or old with a stone i try to hold onto

never seen a class ring with a real center stone - i did find one with real diamonds on it though

Friends call me Casper - others call me other things
I was on a few other forums as Casper - I announced I was going on vacay for 2 weeks - when I returned
I had bunch of emails from friends hoping I was just being a wise guy - did not know what they were talkin bout
then I checked out forums - guy had some how signed up as Casper also and was writing derogatory comments on other posts
I had powers that be delete those and get rid of the guy - I then signed up as Casper-1 there...I felt that it was not respectful to other forums to use the exact same name
so I am Casper-2 here and Casper-3 on another - I was on others but narrowed it down
- TNET is the largest and one of the best
dropped off of few others when guys that were not doin that great and when I was killin it
say there was no way I was getting all the goodies I was getting and some said I owned a pawn store or jewelry store
and was showing inventory and they weren't trying to be funny - some of those forums were judging a lot of friends too
theyre administrators did not do the job they signed up for - the few I still belong to do a good job
