A guy in NC asked me not to long ago. I wonder why you find so many scrapers and not so many points? He then in turn said he finds almost all points and no scrapers. I never really thought about it till he asked. Do you have any theories on the possible reason? Nice end scraper by the way.

They either come off the core to be a scraper, or they were a point at one time and reworked to be a scraper, these Native People were the epitome of recycling.

i also think that folk in the past picked up the points and didn't bother or perhaps didn't recognize the scrapers as artifacts.
