Hello,I found this and large old spoon at a old town site called 'little Chicago' - it was a beach community that was torn down to build our marina in Anacortes.

It's a horse doing a jump, w a dog, and other embellishments.

A tobacco Tin maybe?

Very nice. Snuff can lid, I think. Makes me wish my wife didn't make me quit the dip... Arghhh, the demon tobacco. Every day is a struggle.
