I found this piece while working on a road crew in Sheridan, Wyoming ...... Was told it is a hand tool ..... Also was told its about 10,000 yrs old ...... Can someone let me know what it could b

A professor at a college that does fossils and artifacts told me that it was a scraper and that it was about 10,000 yrs old..... What do u think it is and how old do u think it could b??
