I finally got out again this week. First time in quite a while. You know, weather, work, grand kids, etc. Anyway, I did some research and found a park nearby that was built around the year 2000, but there was a stand of trees that had kept the bulldozers out and predates the park. OK, lets give it a try! My first walk through produced some relics (thimble, a brass valve, old glass, some old coke caps) so I brought my detector over to give it a run.

While I didn't find anything old, I still had fun digging clads. I found several pocket spills and overall had a nice three hour hunt. H Digs
