Has anyone bought super high definition satellite maps?

I’m looking for reviews or recommendations for super high definition satellite maps. Google earth just doesn’t have the definition I’m wanting to get. So, it’s lead me to wonder if I could purchase satellite maps in HD. I’m finding sites on the net that sell them, but hoping for a second opinion.

Satellites are only capable of about maximum 1 foot resolution (very expensive). Google earth in cities is about 3 foot resolution.

For higher resolution you will need to purchase aerial photos. Those are pricey but can reach resolutions of 3 inches - 4 times more resolution than satellite.

Yah, what Clay said. There is some amazing imagery available. You can also purchase stereo pairs of aerial photos to view the imagery in 3-D. Takes some practice.
