my husband has double lung cancer, hes not been a nice person at all so my lifes been hell . I get out when I can I can to try to maintain my sanity. so please know I am here sometimes i just read the posts. so kindly bear with me as I am overwhelmed.

Swing a bit as you can, Good idea.
Caretakers need to be taken care of too,a few minutes spent detecting sounds like a winner.
Hang in there.

I would look for someone to sit with your husband for a couple hours maybe twice a wk. Hospice has a wealth of info for support of loved ones, including counseling, which I recommend. I can't imagine what you both must be going through. If you need to talk, you can message me through tnet.
Have missed your posts.

Wish you the best and hope things get better soon for you and your husband.... We are always here if you need us.....

Take it one hour at a time. There is an excellent book, "Caregiver burnout: The 36 hour day." It may be helpful. Medicare has services that can come to your house and provide you with relief for a few hours...check with his doctor to get a "Home Health Consult."

Hang in there,
Crispin

Ps. Lots of good music at Crispin's Critters.
