Some kindof piece of iron, I thought it was some old cap off something. It has 16 what I'm calling "fingers" around it. I found it in the backyard on my first time out, probably 3 inches down. I know it can't be worth nothin but I was just curious if anyone might know something

I seem to remember a sprinkler having a piece like that on it. It was to spread the stream of water out in a cone fashion.
