Maybe more conversational value than stamp value.
The stamp pictures King David Kalakeua --first issued in 1875.
An old Scott's Cat. lists the stamp 'A17' as number '66'.
My catalogue is nearly 30 years old. At that time the stamp was valued at $1.25 in either mint or used condition.
Using the reference numbers above, you can quickly get the current value from a current catalogue; perhaps even online.
Don.....
PS: (Had it been a double overprint: $700 at that time; or $15 if no period after GOVT.)
