Hello Deteknix- My diamond digger broke

Hi,
I received a diamond digger as a Christmas present. For the short amount of time I used it I was quite happy with the grip and cutting ability but the other day while cutting a plug and prying it out the digger snapped about halfway down. I don't not believe I put any significant stress on it and certainly not anymore than I have on another brand digger I have, which I still have and used for ~5years

I had called and left my phone # with your place and posted on a couple threads. I didn't not receive any response back and thought I try my own post.

Please contact me about this digger and of any warranty as I have had in less than 90 days and much less actual use than that

I will also try calling again

I believe that this is the right approach to this company because others have had like issues and once it made it into public view there was a solution brought forward. Good luck.

Hi,
I received a call and we talked. I sent them the photo and received an email that they will be sending me a new one. He said they are out of stock, will send it out as soon as they come in and should receive it in February
Very pleasant to talk to.

Just to follow up I received an email from Deteknix that a new digger is being sent out, so they are following through.
I will update when it gets in.

I received my new digger today from serious detecting which Deteknix asked them to send out.

Makes me happy..I just bought a diamond digger and xpointer.
 

Sounds like they will replace it based on other posts in this thread.
