Hello! Night time silver in the hole.

Hey all,

Got out for a bit tonight unexpectedly. Had some time to burn and a few places I wanted to scope out so I packed up my gear.

First place was a total bust. I was starting the think the second place was too when I got a 12-45 signal at 4 inches. Things turned around pretty quick when I realized it was a '38-S silver Washington. Also managed a '41 Jefferson and a wheat before calling it a night.

That 1938 is in Nice Shape , imo It was lost long ago (1940) or Saved for a good while then lost.

It almost looks like most 1964's when i'm buying 90%.

Thanks! Yeah, definitely the nicest silver Washington I've found. It was really a surprise. Because of the dark and the fact I hadn't found anything else old in the area yet I had to do a double take to believe it really was a silver quarter.
