Hello! Unsure where to even start!

I recently purchased a piece of furniture I would consider vintage. And was curious if it would be better to sell it as is or redo it modern day.
I have attached a few pictures. Unfortunately, there are no marking on it that I can see. I have not opened up the base. Simply wiped it down.
I would love some feed back. Tia!!

Unusual cantilever design. Appears to be some sagging, which would be expected with age on that design.
I would not refinish it. It may need repair (from a pro) to make top and base parallel again.
