I think I see sterling...almost looks re-worked..maybe was wider when made

it's a ring made by Taxco, a Mexican company. look on this site and you may be able to figure out who the designer is Mexican Silver Marks I - Online Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks

The eagle mark was used from 1946-1980 so probably from that time period. Taxco is not a company or manufacturer of jewelry but an area, like Mexico City. Many Mexican silversmiths from this area as I believe silver is/was mined there. I have no clue as to what it says or what the initials in the center are. Any way to get a clearer picture? Or can you read them with a loupe/magnifier and write it down? May be able to get more ideas.

PS, the initial marks in center are most likely the makers initials.
