HELP first copper can't ID it anyone with software that can help?

Hey everyone ei am new to the forum but i dug this copper its my very first and i can't make it out i was wondering if anyone has software or "the eye" that can ID this thing without a shadow of a doubt and if able pull any numbers off the back that can date it but what i care about most is knowing what it is she weighs 9.37g and is 27.889mm wide S20160308_022.webpS20160308_023.webpS20160309_002.webpS20160310_002.webpS20160310_003.webpS20160310_004.webpS20160310_005.webpS20160310_006.webp

I am by no means a coin expert but I've seen a lot of coin ID threads and to me it looks vaguely similar to a King George I Halfpenny, but all of the Georges look the same to me, so I don't know. What I can tell you is that, according to my maybe acceptable Googling on the topic, the diameter and weight of yours seem to match that of a halfpenny.

Do not, do not take this as gospel as I am not a coins guy especially not coins from outside the U.S.

It's either a William and Mary Halfpenny (1694) or William III... 1st or 2nd issue. It's definitely a 1600s copper so quite a start!

I think so too. You can see what looks like the doubling of the bust in the picture top right.

as well, the size of the bust in relation to the diameter of the coin is correct, along with location of the hair ribbon

Thank you everyone!!! now i have a question though some might shoot me for it but is there anyway to clean this so it looks similar to the coins you have shown me examples of?

No, and given how much detail is gone, just using water, as I'm sure you did, would not have physically altered the metal but often times the patina will enhance the detail so cleaning it dry, or a peroxide soak (no rinsing) is a good idea. In its current state it's as good as it can be.
