✅ SOLVED HELP! I should know what this is but can't make my brain pull it up! What is it?

Measures 2” from top to bottom and 1 1/2” across. <ade out of copper with only one hole. Below are the pics of front and back.

How would it mount with just one hole?

The other two "wings" on the left and right are broken off and would have had the other holes in them.
