Help IDing a button

I got out for a few minutes at lunch today to an old homesite that has nothing left but a few bricks. I have found items there from a 1773 Virginia Half Penny to a 1902 Indian so there was plenty of activity at this site. I found a few bottles (3) and a button today. The button is a Waterbury Scovill MFG Co button, on the front the is an eagle and an anchor with 13 stars going around the top half of the button. I'm hoping its a civil war button as it would be my first. Thanks in advance for any help

I hope it is. Early Marine buttons are Very rare finds.
