Help me identify this Iron tool!!!

Hey guys, just got back into metal detecting. Went down to a local church here in Springfield MO and found this piece of iron. Do any of you have an idea what it is

It looks like a picture frame or molding bracket. It was designed to hold the pieces at a 90 degree angle to nail or to glue it.

Yep... Hit it on the head there!

Looks like everyone else called it before me but thats exactly what I was thinking. Its used to hold the corners of the frame so you get a good seam while gluing or nailing.
