This copper is a little larger that a half cent and a little smaller than a large cent...

The eagle looks early american, but I don't know *shrug*

thats all i know about it. it says "RARE" but it could be that mintage or something

Thats a good ID and a cool coin. The M with a little o is Mexico City mint I believe.
